1. Agreement to these terms
Placeholder. State who is agreeing, how acceptance happens, and that continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Accounts and workspaces
Placeholder. Describe eligibility, account registration, accuracy of information, owner and staff responsibilities, credential security, and responsibility for activity in a workspace.
4. Plans, fees, and billing
Placeholder. State the current plans and monthly fees, the billing cycle, when charges are made, taxes, price changes and notice, and what happens on non-payment. Match this to the billing system actually in use before publishing.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Placeholder. Describe how a subscription is cancelled, when access ends, and the refund position. Do not state a refund policy here that the business does not intend to honor.
6. Acceptable use
Placeholder. Prohibit unlawful use, interference with the service, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, resale, and misuse of other businesses' data. Describe enforcement.
7. Your data and content
Placeholder. Confirm that the customer retains ownership of inventory, customer, invoice, and delivery records, grant the licence needed to operate the service, and cover export, backup, and deletion. Cross-reference the Privacy Policy.
8. Website sync and third-party websites
Placeholder. Describe the Pro website sync capability, the customer's responsibility for their own website and the connector installed on it, accuracy of published listings, and the limits of responsibility for third-party platforms.
9. Availability and support
Placeholder. Describe the support channel and any availability commitments. Do not state uptime guarantees or response times the business cannot meet.

Placeholder. Reserve ownership of the StockToSold software, brand, and materials, and describe the licence granted to subscribers.
