Frequently asked questions
Appliance businesses that carry stock and need to know where every unit stands. That includes appliance stores, independent appliance dealers, scratch-and-dent and open-box sellers, used appliance businesses, and appliance repair and resale operations.
If you receive units, sell them, invoice them, deliver or hand them over, and have to report on it later, the app is built around that.
Yes. Your business profile holds your business name, logo, address, phone, email, website, brand colors, and invoice footer text. Those details carry through to your invoices, receipts, reports, and other customer-facing documents.
Yes. You can schedule delivery and pickup, record the address and any notes the crew needs, set the fulfillment method, and track fulfillment status through to completion. Delivery and pickup fees are configured in your business profile.
Yes. Invoices handle deposits, payments, and running balances, so you always know what is still owed. You can also process refunds and return an item to inventory when a sale comes back.
StockToSold records the payments you take. It is not a payment processor, so how you collect the money is up to you, and you configure which payment methods your business accepts.
Yes. Tax settings live in your business profile and apply to your sales and reporting. Reporting covers sales, payments, cost, profit, inventory, and tax, and you can export to CSV or pull a monthly report.
The app gives you the numbers from your own records. It does not file anything for you, and it is not a substitute for advice from your accountant.
Pro includes everything in the Regular plan, plus the website tools: website inventory syncing, website inventory publishing, inventory import and updates, sync status and activity history, retry handling for failed syncs, and website connector setup.
Regular is $29.99 a month and Pro is $59.99 a month. See the full comparison.
You install the StockToSold connector on your business website, generate a secure pairing code or token, and enter that code in StockToSold. Then you import the inventory already on your site, and from that point new, edited, sold, refunded, and archived listings sync.
Availability depends on connector setup, since website platforms differ. If you want it checked against your site before you subscribe, email hello@stocktosold.com. More on website sync.
Yes. A workspace supports owner and staff accounts, and staff accounts are set up with the permissions you choose. Your team can update inventory, invoices, and delivery jobs as they work without every person needing full access.
Yes. You can export to CSV and pull monthly report exports. There is also backup and restore, so you can take a copy of your workspace data and put it back if you need to.
Yes. Each business gets its own workspace, and workspace data is kept separate from every other business on the platform. Access to a workspace is limited to the owner and staff accounts that business sets up.
If you have specific security questions before signing up, email hello@stocktosold.com and we will answer them directly rather than pointing you at a marketing page.
